FLSmidth and China National Building Material (CNBM) have signed a framework agreement to offer the cement industry more competitive plant solutions.
Song Zhiping, chairman of CNBM Group, and Thomas Schulz, Group CEO of FLSmidth, signed the framework agreement at a high-level meeting at the FLSmidth headquarters in Denmark this week.

Through this framework agreement, we see numerous benefits over the coming years for us and our customers, such as expediting our quotation response time, which will improve our delivery performance and increase productivity." said Thomas Schulz, FLSmidth Group CEO.
Song Zhiping led the delegation, accompanied by Peng Shou, president of CTIEC; Cui Xingtai, vice president of CNBM Ltd and chairman of China United Cement; Song Shoushun, vice president of CNBM Ltd and chairman Sinoma International Engineering Ltd, and Ma Mingliang, president of BTIEC (of CTIEC).
Likewise, Thomas Schulz was accompanied by Jan Kjaersgaard, president of Cement Industry; Per Mejnert Kristensen, president of Asia Region; Cyril Leung, country head China/Mongolia, and Martin Strouhal, senior VP of Global Projects.
